Voice Agents
Build AI agents that talk β standalone calling agents, voice features inside your apps, and voice-powered help desks.
Abacus AI Agent lets you create voice agents: AI assistants that hold natural spoken conversations. Use them as standalone calling agents, embed them into the web apps you build, or stand up an enterprise help & support line β all created the same way as everything else: by describing what you want.
This guide covers:
What You Can Buildβ
- Standalone calling agents β a voice agent with a purpose (answering questions, qualifying leads, taking bookings) that callers can talk to naturally.
- Voice inside your web apps β combine an Abacus-built web app with a voice agent so users can speak to your product, not just click through it.
- Enterprise help & support β a voice front door for your support: answers from your knowledge base, spoken naturally, with escalation when needed.
- Personal companions β supportive, conversational agents for coaching, practice, or day-to-day assistance.
